In the unfortunate event of a damage or loss, you would be charged for the equipment. Replacement cost for a box is $125.00 and $100.00 for a dollie.

Our packages come with a preset number of dollies. You can add additional dollies when placing the order online.

Yes, you can. Simply follow the reservation process and you'll be able to access a variety of packing supplies on step 3.

Our delivery team will bring the boxes inside your place no matter if it’s a ground floor or 3d floor walk-up. Please make sure to enter your access information correctly when checking out to avoid any unexpected charges!

Yes you do need to be home to receive the delivery. It's important you count the boxes being delivered and sign the delivery note.

Your payment is final when placing the reservation. We do not process refunds.

Every order comes with free labels.

Gently place the label on the side or the top textured label area. Please DO NOT place the label on the smooth finish of the crate. By placing labels correctly you will make it easier for yourself when removing the label upon completion of the move.

Yes, it is totally customer’s responsibility to remove all labels from the boxes when unpacking. Please make sure to use only Easy Packing Boxes removable labels.

Leaving any other labels on boxes may result in unwanted cleaning charges.

We charge $5/box to remove your labels. Please note that we serve hundreds of clients and removing labels after every move is extremely time consuming.

Let’s be respectful of each other’s time and keep the process straight and simple.

We do not recommend packing more than 35 kg per box. Please keep in mind that you or your movers would have to carry and stack boxes in the truck, therefore you need to make sure you don't overload boxes.

Our boxes come pre-built and all you have to do is to open the box > pack your articles in > close the lid. Our boxes are very easy to use, pack, close, stack, re-open, unpack, close and stack.

Renting boxes normally costs same or less money than buying cardboard boxes. With Easy Packing Boxes you save money on packing tape, transportation, energy and your time on taping up boxes and disposing of them when the move is done.

Absolutely not! You cannot move any animals, fish, plants or any other living things in crates.
